Wir suchen eine(n) Senior Social Media Manager*in (Vollzeit), die/der unseren Social Media Content strahlen lässt. 

Was du tun wirst: 

• Entwickeln, implementieren und verwalten der FANZONE Social-Media-Strategie mit internationaler Ausrichtung

• Definieren und Überwachung der wichtigsten Social Media KPIs

• Contentoptimierung

• Verwenden von Social-Media-Tools wie Falcon.io

• Zusammenarbeit mit Textern und Designern, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Inhalte informativ und unterhaltsam sind

• Interaktion mit unseren Followern

• Kommunikation mit Branchenexperten und Influencern, um ein starkes Netzwerk zu schaffen

• Aufbau eines Social Media Teams und Schulung der neuen Mitarbeiter

• Wöchentliche Analysen und Empfehlungen an die Geschäftsleitung

WAS du MITBRINGst: 

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Social Media Specialist oder vergleichbare Position

• Master-Abschluss in Kommunikation oder Marketing oder relevanter Bereich

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss (alle weiteren Sprachen sind ein absolutes Plus)

• Leidenschaft für Sport und Kenntnisse der Sportarten-Terminologie

• Kreativität und "Outside-the-Box" Denken

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, (Discord ist von Vorteil)

• Gutes Verständnis von Web-Traffic-Metriken und Social-Media-KPIs

• Erfahrung mit Audience-Research

• Erfahrung mit Designprogrammen (Photoshop und mobile Design-Apps)

• Ausgezeichnete Multitasking-Fähigkeiten

ÜBER FANZONE

Die FANZONE Media GmbH entwickelt und betreibt eine neuartige Fan-Experience-Plattform, auf der digitale Sammelkarten und Fantasy-Sports-Gameplay auf der Blockchain (sogenannte Non-Fungible Token = NFTs) vereint werden. Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced full-time 🧑‍🚀 Senior Marketing Specialist 🚀 in Berlin-Mitte to start asap.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Driving strategies and implementation of marketing activities for Fanzone internationally  

• Developing a communication plan in collaboration with Management and Product Team; you make data-driven and consumer-centric decisions around effective and efficient messaging  

• Collaborate with Tech and Analytics on marketing requirements to ensure scalable customer acquisition campaigns  

• Developing and implementing effective influencer and community-driven growth campaigns  

• Creating marketing partnerships with brands, media houses, sustainability initiatives, testimonials and other partners to create additional awareness and drive user growth  

• Working with management to build up a high-performing and diverse marketing team with different levels of seniority  

• Setting clear targets and KPIs to ensure the team is regularly raising the bar  

• Thinking outside the box to create new high potential opportunities   

• Closely interacting with product, monetization, content creation, community management colleagues to deliver the best possible user experience for the community 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

• 5+ years of professional experience

• Degree in Marketing or related field 

• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques 

• Knowledgeable of principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies 

• Experience analyzing data 

• Budget and cost analysis experience  

• Project management experience 

• Pronounced organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Team player, positive mindset and great communication skills 

• Fluent in German and English is a must 

• Passionate for sports

• *Blockchain technology knowledge is a plus 

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) certified is a plus

Blockchain & Smart Contract Developer

We are looking for a Solidity Smart Contract Developer with interest in NFTs and the JavaScript Library Web3.js.

NFT Smart Contract: 

• Experience in simple Solidity Smart Contracts

• Knowledge in ERC-20, ERC-721, or even ERC-1155

• Able to embed and test simple extensions of a very few additional functions

Blockchain based User Profiles: 

• Deployment and extension of ERC-725 smart contract to hold the collectible NFTs

Web3.js: 

• Knowledge of working with web wallets, especially with the web3.js library

• Knowledge of signing and sending transaction in the browser

Front End Web Developer for Web Design

We are looking for a web developer for a permanent position in Berlin Mitte starting ASAP. 

The position fits you, if: 

• You like programming and web designing, and are good at Frameworks, such as Ionic Framework 5 to make our web app with our UX/UI Designer beautifully. In best case you understand React.js a little. 

• You like to be methodical, like git and GitHub for code repos and per reviews. 

• You like to program in lean and agile teams in sprints (SCRUM) and with GitHub issues and task boards. 

• You enjoy working in a team with a few colleagues on site and others remotely.
